- Family Activities such as Ice Cream Socials, Pasta Dinners, Pot Luck Dinners, Fishing Derbies, DJ Dances, Parades, ETC.

- July 4th-Boat Parade on The Lake and Kids bike parade
- July 17th-Male Beauty Contest! Wear your best dress!
- July 24th-Kids Fun Day! Bounce House and Carnival games!
- July 31st-Jose Duddy! Country Entertainer
- August 7th-Adult Fun Day! Games, Dunk Tank, Male Beauty Contest
- August 14th-Halloween! Trick or Treat and Treasure Hunt for the Kids! 7:00pm Adult Costume Party,
- August 21st-Wine and Cheese Party!
- August 22nd-Complimentary Pancake Breakfast for our guests
- September 4th-Luau! Pot Luck dinner Weather permitting
- September 18th-Christmas! Potluck and visit from Santa, Gift Exchange
